Continuing Care Plan

Before leaving residential treatment, each patient is given a Continuing Care Plan, a personalized road map for recovery, which addresses the patient's individual needs. The name and phone number of a nearby alumnus or active member of a 12-Step program also is provided. Patients remaining in South Florida may attend weekly continuing care meetings on campus for up to six months. Similar arrangements also can be made with out-of-town treatment facilities.
